置かれた場所でたくましく生きる彼らから学ぶことは多いのです。
インターネットで調べると、「危険」とか「治安が悪い」とか出てくるけど、
実際に自分の目で見ることも大切。
そこから何を感じるかも大切。
もちろん安全第一で、今日もたくさんの優しい人たちと青空の下、
ナイロビの素敵を1つでも多く日本に届けるために、歩いてきました。
そして、このナイロビの明るさやたくましさを日本のみんなにも届けていきたいな。
いや、日本だけでなく世界中にね。

There’s much to learn from these people who live resilient lives in the places they’re placed. When you search online, you often find things like danger and poor security, but it’s also important to see things for yourself. What you feel from that experience is also important.
Of course, safety came first, and today, under the blue sky, I walked with many kind people, hoping to bring as much of Nairobi’s beauty to Japan as possible. And I want to share this brightness and resilience of Nairobi with everyone in Japan. And not just in Japan, but all over the world.
It’s a wonderful country.
